Entry Submission
HOW TO SUBMIT AWARD NOMINATION ENTRIES
STEP 1 — REQUEST a USER NAME and PASSWORD to submit 2025 entries, click here.
STEP 2 — SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES by logging in with your temporary credentials (obtained in Step 1) in the form on this page. You will be required to create a personal password in order to access/edit your nominations/entries at a later date.
You will be able to RETRIEVE and EDIT your submitted Marketing, Design and Individual Achievement nominations/entries until midnight of Wednesday, July 23.
All artwork and photographs must be submitted electronically in PDF, JPEG or TIF formats. The system will not accept WORD documents. It is advisable to have all your materials/collateral files/links ready before initiating this initial entry submission process.
STEP 3 — to EDIT ENTRIES click button below to log in using your EMAIL and PASSWORD you initially created to review/update your existing entries.
Continue to save and repeat the login process to edit until your submission is complete.
STEP 4 — COMPLETE submission process by clicking the "Finish" button to review your invoice. If you have finished all your entries, you can request an official invoice on this page. You will not be able to edit your entries after this point.
An invoice will be sent reflect the entries that you have submitted.
